As Chief of Business Operations and Strategy, Corporate Secretary, Robby leads Kindeva’s global business operations function and is responsible for business strategy, M&A activity and integration, contracting, EHS, ESG, insurance, real estate, corporate governance, as well as community giving and volunteering initiatives. Robby previously held the role as Kindeva’s General Counsel. Prior to joining Kindeva, Robby was in-house legal counsel, supporting global healthcare businesses within 3M in the areas of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare software. Before working with 3M, Robby was an attorney at the Minneapolis office of Dorsey & Whitney LLP.
Robby earned a B.A. in political science and a B.A. in sociology from the University of Minnesota, an M.L.S. in political science, sociology, and cultural studies from the University of Minnesota, and a J.D. from the University of Utah.
