Guided by more than two decades of diverse experience, Brian expands and safeguards Kindeva’s organizational strength as the Chief Human Resources Officer. His senior global leadership experience has spanned private equity, startup, and publicly traded organizations from 400 to 95,000 employees. He has spent his career focusing on value creation through developing performance strategies, operational excellence, building strong talent and performance platforms, and ensuring business alignment of HR functions.
Before joining Kindeva, Brian served as Vice President, Global Human Resources at Curia, where he steered organizational expansion from 1,500 to 3,700 employees, developing key human capital strategies that enabled success. Earlier in his career, he held roles of increasing responsibility at Whirlpool Corporation, advancing talent, engagement, and global performance initiatives. He further grew his leadership experience at Spheris, directing workforce planning and resource allocation across the U.S. and India.
Brian received his B.S. in organizational communications from Ohio University.
