As Vice President of Corporate Communications & Marketing at Kindeva, Joanna (Jo) leads the development and execution of the company’s global brand and communications strategy, strengthening its reputation as a trusted partner in drug-device combination products.
With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare marketing and communications, Jo has guided leading life sciences organizations through brand transformation, M&A integration and global market positioning.
Before joining Kindeva, she founded and led a successful strategic marketing and communications consultancy dedicated to supporting CDMOs and health sciences companies across the drug development continuum.
Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Aptuit (now part of Catalent) and SCORR Marketing, where she partnered with some of the world’s most innovative pharmaceutical and biotech organizations.
At Kindeva, Jo combines strategic insight with creative execution to drive engagement, clarity and alignment across the company’s global presence. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, she is known for building motivated, high-performing teams and developing integrated brand platforms that connect purpose with measurable business impact.
