Milton Boyer, Chief Executive Officer

Milton has served in technical, commercial, and executive roles in the pharmaceutical industry for more than 25 years, with a focus in contract manufacturing for both drug substance and sterile drug product. For the last 15 years, he has been immersed in the complexities of sterile drug product manufacturing, most recently as the chief executive officer of SCA Pharmaceuticals in Arkansas. He also was the head of drug product manufacturing for AMRI (now Curia), in New York, and chief executive officer of Oso BioPharmaceuticals, a sterile fill-finish contract manufacturer, when Altaris carved out Catalent’s site in New Mexico, to establish the business.

Active in trade groups and educational institutions supporting the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry, Milton has served on the board of directors and is the past president of the Drug, Chemical, & Allied Trades Association (DCAT). He has also served on the external advisory board for the University of New Mexico’s chemistry and biology department and been an active member of multiple professional organizations, including the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists, the Parenteral Drug Association, and the Society of Chemical Manufacturers and Affiliates.

Milton has a B.S. in chemistry/physics from Hardin-Simmons University and an M.S. in biochemistry from Texas Tech University.

Amber McKeague, VP of Human Resources

As Vice President of Human Resources, Amber leads Kindeva’s efforts for talent strategy in recruiting, organizational development and learning, benefits and compensation, payroll, employee relations, and compliance. Amber partners closely with the Kindeva leadership team to integrate human resources initiatives into strategic organizational goals. Prior to her role at Kindeva, Amber held multiple HR leadership roles at 3M and Curt Manufacturing. She holds a BA in Human Resource Management from Winona State University.

Carl Brookes, VP of Manufacturing & Supply Chain Operations

As the Vice President of Manufacturing & Supply Chain operations, Carl leads a very talented Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain team for Kindeva Drug Delivery. He has held a number of roles and gained experience within Manufacturing Operations at 3M from Customer Services to Production Leadership to Manufacturing Site Management. He holds an MBA from the University of Derby.

Katie DeCabooter, VP of IT & Continuous Improvement

As Vice President of Information Technology & Continuous Improvement, Katie leads our IT team including Infrastructure, Applications, and Data & Analytics. She also leads the Kindeva Continuous Improvement Black Belts who run and coach CI projects at all Kindeva sites. Prior to Kindeva, Katie held a variety of IT and Lean Six Sigma roles at 3M. She holds a BA in Computer Information Systems from St. Cloud State and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.

Mike Ratigan, VP of Business Development, Sales, and Marketing

As Vice President of Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Mike leads Kindeva’s business development team that aggressively grows the pipeline. Mike comes with a career spent in drug delivery, with a particular focus on injectable delivery and devices. His commercial track record approaches $1B in total development, partnership and manufacturing agreements with global biopharmaceutical companies, primarily in injectable drug delivery device combination products.

Nicholas Smalley, VP of Global Regulatory Affairs

As Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs, Nicholas leads Kindeva’s Global Regulatory Affairs organization. Nicholas has held previous positions in Regulatory at 3M Health Care, Perrigo, UCB, and Norton Healthcare Limited. He holds a BA in Chemistry from Loughborough University.

Raj Khankari, VP of Research and Development

As Vice President of Research and Development, Dr. Khankari brings 28 years of global experience in the pharmaceutical and drug delivery sectors.  Dr. Khankari has held senior leadership roles at multiple organizations. Most recently, he was CEO at RiboCor, Inc., and prior to that served as the General Manager / Vice President of Worldwide Drug Delivery Technologies at CIMA Labs/Cephalon. Dr. Khankari holds a Ph.D in Pharmaceutics and an MBA from the University of Minnesota, and a Masters in Pharmaceutics from the University of Cincinnati.

Robby McGarry, VP of Legal, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

As the Vice President of Legal, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, Robby leads Kindeva’s global legal function, providing legal guidance to all departments. Prior to Kindeva, Robby was a division counsel, supporting global healthcare businesses within 3M in the areas of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare software. Prior to 3M, Robby worked as an attorney at the Minneapolis office of Dorsey & Whitney LLP. He holds a BA in Political Science and a BA in Sociology from the University of Minnesota, an MLS in Political Science, Sociology, and Cultural Studies from the University of Minnesota, and a JD from the University of Utah.

Steve Fuechtmann, Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer, Steve brings 25+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, Treasury, IT, Operations and Strategic Planning to Kindeva. Throughout his career, Steve has demonstrated that he is a values-based leader who partners very closely with the businesses that he supports to drive transformational improvements in operational and financial performance. Steve graduated from St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN with a BA in Accounting and Management.

Will Donovan, VP of Quality

As the Vice President of Quality, Will leads Kindeva’s efforts toward building Kindeva’s quality brand across the enterprise in partnership with our customers. Will brings 25 years of experience in quality and regulatory leadership roles in the healthcare industry prior to joining Kindeva. He holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Business Administration and Management.
