Adam Miller
Head of Capital Engineering and Site Head, Woodbury
Adam Miller leads Capital Engineering and is the Woodbury Site Head for Kindeva. He has 20+ years of experience in pharma manufacturing, operations and engineering, including large-scale leadership and capital projects.
Adam has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering and operations within the pharmaceutical and CDMO sectors. He earned a B.S. in chemical engineering from Purdue University.
As a proven leader, Adam has overseen organizations of 600+ people, optimized operations, led major capital programs and managed new product scale-ups. Before joining Kindeva, Adam worked at 3M and Eli Lilly, making pharmaceutical products in process engineering, manufacturing supervision and engineering leadership roles.
Currently, he is the Site Head for Woodbury and is responsible for the global capital budget and processes within Kindeva Drug Delivery.
